Terms of Service
Last updated 11 September 2026
Lidlezz is made and sold by Lex Proxima Studios LTD. These terms cover buying and using the app. You can reach us at support@mail.lexproximastudios.com.
What you are buying
A one-time license for Lidlezz. One license per person, covering every Mac you own. There is no machine limit in the software, and we ask that you do not share your key with other people. Updates are included. This is not a subscription and nothing renews.
Try it before you pay
Lidlezz runs for seven days without a license, with nothing held back. The trial is there so you can decide whether the app does what you need before you buy it.
Refunds
Your license key is delivered as soon as the payment completes. By buying, you ask for that immediate delivery and accept that, as far as the law allows, you give up any statutory right to cancel once the key has been sent.
We do not offer a standing refund window. The free trial exists so that nobody has to buy in order to find out whether the app works for them. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we will look at it case by case.
Your license key
Your key is signed by us and verified on your Mac, offline. Do not publish it, resell it, or hand it around. If a purchase is reversed, refunded or charged back, we may revoke the key by adding its id to the public revocation list, and the app will stop accepting it.
What the app does and does not promise
Lidlezz keeps your Mac awake while a coding agent works, throttles it when the lid closes, and lets the Mac sleep when it gets hot or the battery runs low. It is provided as it is. Hardware, macOS and the agents it connects to all change over time, so we cannot promise the app will suit a particular purpose, or that a session will never be interrupted. Keep your own work saved.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars and shown without VAT. Any tax is worked out by Stripe at checkout, based on where you are.
Not affiliated
Lidlezz is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic, Anysphere, Google, OpenAI or Apple. Claude Code, Cursor, Antigravity, Codex, macOS and any other names used here belong to their respective owners.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
